Verify names and titles
Enter the real institution name, including when choosing “Other”, and check the required degree and specialty wording. Compare Arabic and English titles with the approved research title. Do not infer supervisor roles or ordering from an unclear cover image; obtain the correct wording before finalizing.
Check logos and placement
Use the correct university and faculty logos when required, preserving proportions and legibility. A logo in a university website header does not establish its placement on a thesis cover. If an original cover model or separate logo is unavailable, review the stated limitation rather than substituting another faculty’s logo or an invented version.
Treat templates as a starting point
Cover details can be edited, saved and reopened. Derived library templates do not establish comprehensive university endorsement; guide scope, language, degree and faculty determine applicability. Inspect long title wrapping, names and logo positioning in export. Do not rewrite historical approved documents simply because an institution’s present name has changed.
Pre-submission checklist
- Verify names and degree wording.
- Match the approved research title.
- Preserve correct logo details and proportions.
- Use cover-specific placement instructions.
- Reconcile required Arabic and English covers.
Common questions
Is every template university-approved?
No. Template scope and limitations are shown, and final checking against your institution’s instructions is necessary.
What if my faculty cover is missing?
Use the editable cover design with correct details and institutional review. Another faculty’s template does not establish matching requirements.
