DIY is charged per document
DIY has a fixed document fee within the resolved market, rather than a monthly subscription. Editing and preview do not require an advance clean-export purchase. Word and PDF download rights follow payment or eligible access. Changes after an approved version follow the export-review policy. A document purchase does not settle a separate team-service invoice.
Team service requires file review
Document type, draft condition, tables, references, guideline requirements and your requested deadline define the workload. Supply the draft and requirements before agreeing to the final quote. Starting prices and estimates are not a final price for every file. Confirm scope, revisions and delivery; express availability requires deadline confirmation.
Separate optional services
Printing, binding and delivery are separately quoted and invoiced services within Egypt. Waiting for their quote does not prevent formatting payment. Other optional services also require selection and cost confirmation. Adding wallet credit alone does not purchase formatting. Outside Egypt, currency, payment methods and availability differ; check their current status before planning payment.
Pre-submission checklist
