Be at least 18 years old and have graduated within the previous two years. Be studying or have recently completed studies in communication, journalism, digital media, public relations, advocacy, social sciences, youth engagement or a related field. Demonstrate strong academic performance, meet applicable UNICEF child safeguarding personnel standards, and have no immediate relative working in any UNICEF office or in the direct reporting line.

• Strong writing, editing and synthesis skills, with creativity and interest in content development. Ability to communicate respectfully and build relationships with children, adolescents and young
• people. Interest in photography, video, audio, social media, digital storytelling or other creative formats. Ability or demonstrated potential to facilitate workshops and participatory activities.
